Ground floor

Entrance through the side door and turn left to a large KITCHEN/CONSERVATORY(24’x14’) with fabulous views of Corfe Castle and Poole Harbour as well as the village church which is floodlit at night.

Kitchen

The kitchen has an oak wooden floor and hand made wooden units and a large antique pine dresser. There is also a large table that seats 10/14 (with the leaves). The kitchen is very well equipped with a 90cm range cooker with a gas hob and fan oven. There is also a microwave a Bosch dishwasher and a washing machine. The kitchen has the amazing views of the castle and the village church.

Bathroom

The downstairs BATHROOM is next to the kitchen (very useful for hosing down the children after the beach), with stone floors and a Victorian roll top bath and loo.

Sitting Rooms

Through to the smaller wooden floored SITTING ROOM 2 with a sofa and two comfy chairs and a small TV and video and a cupboard with board games and jigsaw puzzles. There is a window with window seat with pretty views of the village lawn. Turn right through to original flag stoned floored SITTING ROOM 1 with a large sofa - Seats 3/4 and two antique leather club chairs. Original prints on the walls and a large window with a window seat with views of the centre of the village. The large sitting room has a 32inch flat screen digital tv with a DVD. There is also a bookshelf with many interesting books and lots of DVDs to watch. There is a useful HALL going through to the front door with a Purbeck stone floor for all your coats, wellies and swimming things.

First floor

Upstairs to bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 which are all carpeted. Bedroom one has a kingsize antique french bed and a window with village views and the ensuite shower and toilet. Bedroom two has 2 pretty beds and the view of the castle. Bedroom three has bunk beds and a pretty pine cupboard and vews of the village.

Summer house

Just 6 ft from the house, this is self contained and sleeps four people. It has a large double bed and an ensuite shower room and loo. The bunk bed room has long bunks and both rooms have stunning views of the garden and country side you can wake up and sit in bed and enjoy the view.

The garden

There is a patio with a stone table which seats 10 people plus a 110cm bistro table. There are three teak sun loungers and ten chairs and a barbecue. The 80 foot garden is tiered but you have a full view of the fort, swing and slide from the kitchen and patio table. There is a fenced pond which is only one ft deep and attracts butterflies and birds. The garden is secure for pets. From the garden you can see Corfe Castle and views of Poole harbour.
